I brought in a bright yellow skirt from J.Crew for dry cleaning, and when I got it back the color was noticeably faded. The skirt was about four years old and has been dry cleaned multiple times over the years without issue, including at another Swan location. However, the manager of this store took no responsibility for the damage, claiming it was a manufacturer defect that magically show up four years and dozens of dry cleans later. I brought in a bright yellow skirt from J.Crew to be cleaned, and it was returned extremely faded. This skirt is several years old and being one of my favorites has been dry cleaned many times over the years without issue, including at another Swan location. The manager at this location was rude and argumentative and refused to acknowledge that it might even be possible that the color change was their fault. Swan Cleaners ruined our custom made duvet and shrunk it to the point where it won’t fit on our bed. The Corporate Office will not return my phone calls or even reimburse us for the loss of an item they ruined. Sue Moore, the idiot operations manager is rude and unprofessional. The President of the company has repeatedly ignored my phone calls, like a coward. PLEASE DO NOT USE SWAN CLEANERS FOR ANYTHING! They are the worst!
