I really like my haircut by Betzy at Polaris location. I didn’t like the haircut before and complained about her. I feel so guilty and regret. Everyone loved my haircut and praised me. I feel so bad to complain about her. I hope she find this message and forgave me. I came with my husband. We both loved the service .

Hubby and I went for the first time to get pedicures and had a great experience. Jillian and Lorelai did our pedis and they did awesome. We felt welcomed, taken care of, and had good conversation. Hubby got a good buff and shine and I got gel and we both loved the outcome. We left feeling relaxed and pampered. We’ll definitely be back for our monthly pedis! Also, the whole space felt clean and well maintained, which is my biggest concern!
I have never had such an amazing experience with any salon I have ever gone to until I went to Penzone. My stylist, Breann, was just absolutely amazing. Words cannot describe how incredibly talented of a stylist she is. I came in with a very specific cut in mind, and I have to admit I tend to be super picky just due to how many bad experiences I've had with other salons in the past.
I went into the salon extremely nervous and on edge at first.
