Love this place. I brought both of my kids for glasses over the summer, and decided to go back for myself when it was time for new glasses. Everyone here is so kind and helpful. I always dread getting new glasses, but this time was great and I’m a 40 year old woman who is so excited about her new glasses! 😆❤️
Thank you so much to Juan and other staff at Ohio State Optical! A nose pad fell off my Silhouette frames and I needed a replacement in a hurry. I am not from around here so I looked up Silhouette retailers and called a few places to see if they could help. Ohio State Optical was the only place I called that was willing to listen to me and say that they could help me. I came into the store and was warmly greeted by multiple people. Juan remembered my call, whisked away my glasses, and came back in less than five minutes with both my nose pads replaced and my lenses cleaned. Everyone was very kind. Thank you for helping an out-of-towner in need!
