Visited due to a surprise booking by my fiancée! I have had a kinked up shoulder so this was a quick & convenient solution. Convenience was booking the night before, inconvenience was the price! Location was great, booking was easy, the appointment was on time, service was adequate, ambiance was... lacking... the room was pretty bare compared to most massage places I've visited. No side tables with oils/lotions, no mood lighting no plants... nothing. Basically a room and a table... interesting. First therapist was ok but not as good as I was used to. I called and talked with them what type massage I was looking for. I’ve had Ryan ever since and he’s great with firm pressure!

I love my local massage envy in Lewis Center. The therapists are top notch. They have individuals that specialize in all different pressures. I like the option of the add-one that are offered at a reasonable price and usually use essential oils. Management is friendly and the front desk typically helpful.
