I am posting this review because of a recent death in January 2026 of a loved one who preplanned arrangements with Kingwood for lots, vaults and interment of caskets. My father was buried at Kingwood 7 years to the day yesterday. It was promised that grass would be planted over his plot, but 7 years later his plot is weedy dirt.
They need to fill the constant potholes in the gravel roadways on the property. To really upgrade the place long term, they need to invest money and convert the worn gravel into asphalt or even blacktop.

I have made MANY calls to see if the Military marker is on my brother in law’s grave. No one answers, or calls back. I call the number for the park and Keith Noble. This has been going on since April. And the couple of times when someone did answer the phone all I hear is how short staffed you are. Well I’m sorry but that is not my problem. Very poor customer service.
