We recently had this company come out for our regular septic service check, and they discovered that our aerator was broken and recommended a replacement. My husband and I went ahead with the purchase, and they came out promptly on Tuesday to install the new one. After installing, they let us know it wasn’t running and suggested we check the breaker — and sure enough, it turned out to be the breaker, not the aerator itself!
I called this morning, and they were incredibly kind and understanding. They scheduled a same-day visit to swap the new aerator back with our original one (which still works) and are giving us a full refund. I really appreciate... read full review

These guys are top notch! I have called them two times, for minor issues, and they are professional, courteous, timely and fair! This will always be my go to for septic issues and repairs!
