when we came in I was really hoping they would help with her hair. a friend of hers had matted her hair into one huge ball. I spent weeks trying to get as much loose as I could. I knew that it would have to be cut but she was just plain refused to cut any. at all. I explained what was going on and they said bring her in and they'll see what they could do. not only did they get an amazing haircut perfect for her face but they had said the I'm possible and talked her into cutting it without crying I would understand if she did.
