Had a quote done on a crawlspace encapsulation and have emailed 2 times about modifications or other questions and have not received a response. The gentleman that came out for the quote had little information and just gave me the quote. No discussion on the materials, what the mold removal process included, options/additions. Additionally, Stay Dry suggested using the thinnest plastic of all 5 contractors I quoted for this job. The biggest concern I had was they didn't suggest digging an trench around the foundation for water management. At least they use Aprilaire Dehumidifiers.

The mold remediation was performed successfully. The sump installation and basement wall waterproofing was completed but required a return visit to fix an issue that showed up after the job was signed off. That work was completed without additional charge. The people there now are much more reliable that the previous workers. I would now recommend this company to others needing this kind of work.

I had this company encapsulate my crawl space, remediate mold, install a sump pump and dehumidifier. After the first visit, I had them come out and install a larger access door to my crawl space.Josh was the team leader and was great. He and his team members wore masks and put down plastic so as not to track materials throughout my house. He frequently explained what his team was doing and if we needed to discuss any issues he thoroughly explained all options.
