We had a great experience with Will. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. He takes the time to explain things in a way that you can understand. We found the recommendation on the Nextdoor site to use your company for our hvac needs. Will got the AC up and running! I am sitting here in a nice comfortable house while it's 88° outside! Thank you guys! You are awesome. I told Will I will be keeping his number and he is who I am going to call for any other HVAC needs in the future.

During the recent heat wave, I was in the airport and called them when our HVAC went out. They came out, inspected the unit, realized that the cause was simply a build-up of dust (due to our ignorance) that was causing the unit to intermittently turn off on hot summer days. Will took care of the problem, and was willing to continue the service call if that didn't fix the problem. I cannot be more thankful and complementary about our experience with these honest HVAC professionals. They truly went above and beyond to help us out and will forever have our business.

Will replaced our old AC unit and did an amazing job to make us comfortable again! The house is already cooled down and comfortable and we’re so happy. We will definitely be using Red Lion again to replace the heater when it needs it.
