Office staff excellent, convenience and ease with scheduling/being seen (I'm usually in and out quickly and sometimes before my appointment time), great follow up. Dr. La Croix is a take action physician, striving to get to the root of the problem. I'm cautious with taking meds & desire to stay as holistic as possible. He's been very careful and conscience about prescribing. He's level-headed and reasonable. His bedside manner is not always a good match for me, but I know he's well liked by others.

I have been going to Heritage Family Medicine in Lebanon for about 5 years. Dr. LaCroix and his staff are fantastic. It is really great getting to see the same faces each time that you go in. You actually feel like they all know you and really care. They are really nice people. Dr. LaCroix is easy to talk to and gets right to the point. Their is rarely much of a wait, and I feel that I am always given a chance to ask as many questions as I may have. Another impressive thing is that Dr. LaCroix has often answered the phone and scheduled an appointment when I call. Wow. (A DOCTOR is so down to earth.) I would highly recommend this provider.
