I apologize for my earlier review. I misunderstood the situation and would like to apologize to Doug for my negative review. Doug was helpful and courteous. I should not have posted my negative comments before understanding the situation correctly. With the scarcity of good repair shops for vacs and sewing machines, Doug is a valuable asset to the area.

I guess Doug is the fellow who greets you and is perpetually in this store. (I know, Mr. Obvious here.) He has every conceivable part such as bags, belts, replacement cords, ad nauseum for every possible repairable vacuum. His repairs are VERY reasonably priced for the value. He reconditions and resells used vacuums, too, so you can buy a really good solid Dyson for the price of a big box store flimsy vacuum at times. I would honestly check here before buying a vacuum in a big store - you're getting quality and he'll tell you exactly what will last.
