Dan has been incredible to work with. He’s very patient and understanding, even when I kept coming back asking for different samples and changing my mind often. The professionalism of his staff and immaculate showroom is far beyond any I’ve had experience with in the past. The installation work on my job was impeccable and I would not go back to any other company for all of my future flooring needs. I will be recommending him and his company to all of my family, friends, and associates. I will be using him for my personal and business needs in the future and so happy he is expanding his locations!
Dan did our complete downstairs with Luxury Vinyl plank. He was patient as we took sample after sample to pick out the right one. He had Will and John do the installation and it was perfect. They were courteous and professional. They communicated every issue they saw and we worked through the details of how they would handle the fireplace, the bathroom vanity and other trouble spots. We could not be happier. We had one minor issue and Dan came out and took care of it right away, Dan is a vet and he runs his business with honesty and integrity. I would hire him again anytime.
