“Giving 5 stars because I didn’t actually receive their service, so I don’t think it would be fair to rate the business itself based on this experience.
That said, I’m really confused by the fact that their Google hours were incorrect today. I drove here based on the hours listed online, only to find that they were closed.
I understand that hours can change, but keeping your Google listing accurate seems like a pretty minimal online task in this day and age. It takes very little effort to update your hours or mark that you’re closed, and inaccurate information can easily waste customers’ time.
Hopefully they’ll update their hours so other people don’t make the same trip I did.”
