Had a nest we thought to be wasps around the main entrance to our home. After several attempts to kill the intruders, we called Wells Peat Control and a live people answered the phone. I set up an appointment for the next day, but received a call back an hour later allowed us to have a service call the same day. Mike the technician arrived a half-hour later and immediately identified the insect as a Yellowjacket. He found a second nest at the roofline, near the same area as the first.
