I had such a wonderful experience! The optometrist and staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! I got right in at my appointment time and the exam didn't take long. There is a decent selection of frames to choose from at reasonable prices.

First time patient. They were all wonderful. No wait for an appointment. Doctor was thorough and informative. Staff was beyond helpful ordering contacts and getting them shipped to my house. Pricing was extremely affordable (I came in either no vision insurance). Definitely will be a return patient.

Lancaster Walmart Vision Center:
1.Staff say they can’t use VA prescription to order glasses. Another staff disagrees & I get glasses ordered.
2. Staff & I disagree, at some length, over what I ordered since it was not what I received.
3. Vision prescription printed out @ Walmart, since they had copied my VA prescription.
Came back 2 weeks later & requested a 2nd copy of prescription. “I can’t do that. You’re not n our system.
4. Ordered same glasses I tried to get at Walmart for 1/2 what they wanted.
5. Once ordered from Walmart, glasses arrive quickly
