This is my first google review. I guess I know why they have a 3 star. I work in the same building this place is located. I went for my appointment paid $15 for my exam and $25 for my co pay for my glasses. They said they would be here in 2 weeks. I went back to check on them they said I wasn’t in the system. They all know me because like I said we all work in the same building. The girl that took care of me told them I wasn’t going to come back. Which is a lie, and she refused to speak to me. I made an appointment with them and handed them my insurance card when i did so, asking if they took my insurance. They went ahead and scheduled me so I assumed they did take my insurance. I waited for the appointment, drove to the appointment from the other side of town on my day off, got checked in, did the paperwork, and then they called me back. Not until AFTER they started doing the initial tests did they tell me I was out of network. I was so irritated I just left. What a colossal waste of time. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating.

The females are very disrespectful there.They had no one customers for appointments at the time I was there. They tried to schedule me the next day. I was in the military and I have hard time hearing I told them this. Is was a joke to them and gave me disrespect more and tried to play games with me by saying my birthday was in the 1905’s.I asked for these frames and I kept get lead to another frames thats cheap and gross. They judge me on my money when I have $1,000 to spend on frames for myself and whatever to cover the rest of my glasses.
