I was at ulta struggling to find the perfect shade of foundation for my aging skin tone. Natalie was so friendly and was more than happy to guide me thru and test a couple on me so I would be more than happy with my purchase. She was very informative! I loved her customer service skills and her friendliness!

So I went in here not knowing anything, ( and embarrassed bc I didn’t know) but Jason and an older woman with blonde hair ( I never got her name ) helped me with everything from skincare all the way to the end. Definitely will come back

I met with Katlyn this morning at the salon in ultra beauty! She was magnificent! She listened to me and understood what I wanted even though I was pretty awful at explaining what I wanted. I haven't touched my hair in over a year because I fried it myself and have been letting it grow out. It was time for a change. She was patient, kind, and her technique was flawless! I love my new hair! It feels so much more healthier and looks 100 times better! I would highly recommend her to anyone!
