They always do a phenomenal job on my boy, Bruce! Lacey did his cut this time and it's so cute. Bruce is a bit of a nipper and has some fears when getting groomed, but they are always able to care for him.
I took my one year old Bichon, Fiona, for a full groom. From the first phone call to schedule, I was treated kindly and the groomer was very informative and comforting. I was nervous leaving my dog with a groomer because she's a little rambunctious, but I was put at ease with how friendly the staff as well as existing customers who were in for appointments as I was dropping off were. The staff was incredibly personable and the space was clean. I asked for a short cut for Fiona, and she looked absolutely gorgeous when I picked her up. Supergrooms have been absolutely amazing in looking after our 6 fluffy children ever since they first opened their doors. We couldn't be happier to leave them a fantastic review because they truly treat all our fur babies as if they were part of Michelle and Tom's family, showering them with an abundance of love and attention. It's important to note that we have two girls who can sometimes be a handful during grooming sessions, but Supergrooms has never once turned us away, unlike another shop in Lancaster, and always handles everything in a warm and welcoming manner.
