Our technician Fred, came in and looked at our sewage ejector pump. He taught us some things we didn’t know regarding our pump and was able to point out the problem. Luckily, it wasn’t a huge issue . Simple clean of the system and good to go.
The kitchen sink was leaking between the wall and the J-trap. I've never needed a plumber before and was apprehensive. Richard came promptly, as scheduled, was pleasant, and got to work. Turned out the copper drain was connected to a different metal elbow and the copper corroded. I was impressed and, if and when I need a plumber, I will call Roto-Rooter again.
Very professional worker. He made sure he explained everything to detail and made sure I understood. I very so much appreciated that. Richard meadows was our service guy. Awesome dude!!
