Had a pretty rough start to an install, lots of material issues and less than stellar customer service, but the saleman James was relentless! He came in during off hours and never gave up. Spent hours on the phone and finally pulled through. James is awesome! Install finally completed on Friday by Mark, another standout. The install was outstanding - better than I had hoped for!
