I will be using R.N. Smith for any future HVAC issues. Great experience starting with the receptionist scheduling a technician to work on our AC system to having the work done by the technician. Unfortunately we had an issue ten days later, however they stood behind their work and came back out to make it right. Very happy with RN Smith!!

Our AC unit wasn’t working on a Friday evening after 5pm and I called R.N. Smith and Jason returned my call immediately! He came right out and gave us a diagnosis, replaced the part, gave us a few recommendations and we are now up and running! Thank you so much Jason for making our 4th of July weekend bearable!!!
