We had a whole house generator installed this week. They coordinated the job with the propane tank installation, and with the electric company. So we didn’t have to worry about any of that. We also had to set up a temporary generator connection while the job was being done due to my husband being on oxygen 24/7 and Adam helped us with that. Adam and his crew did a wonderful job! They were right on time (early), and completed the job within 4 - 5 hours. We expected it to be an all day job, especially since we had changed our mind on where we wanted the generator to go, so extra trenching had to be done. I worked with Steve to get an for a generator estimate and he was very helpful, answered all of my questions and got me my quote when he said he would. Kelly was extremely helpful in helping me coordinate with Suburban Propane for the fuel tank installation. The day of the installation, the crew showed right on time. They went out of their way to help me get temporary power hooked up for my wife's life support equipment and our well pump. Adam and his crew were extremely professional and friendly. They did a phenomenal job on my installation and helped me put away my temporary power setup after the installation was complete. The entire area they were working in... read full review

Had a Generac generator installed by Scott’s team. Kelly from his office staff was wonderful and incredibly patient (but also assertive and helpful) in dealing with delays from Columbia Gas and the pipeline company. All the installers were very polite and easy to chat with when I had questions.
