We called Cody to help us with squirrels living in our attic. He came out in the freezing cold on numerous occasions to remove and replace the traps, and always had a smile on his face. He was able to humanely remove 7 squirrels and repair our roof quickly for a very reasonable price. Thank you Cody for giving me back my sanity!

I called Cody to remove a Groundhog that had dug underneath of my garage. Cody showed up as promised and was very professional and explained everything thoroughly as to what he was going to do. He would check with me on a daily basis. After a week we had decided to go ahead and remove the traps because the Groundhog decided to leave on its own. Cody was very apologetic that the Groundhog was not caught. If it comes back Cody will be the first person I call because I have the upmost confidence that that he is the right person for the job. Bought a house here in Lancaster. Come to find out there was another family living here as well. Raccoons! Called Cody. He knew exactly what to do and got rid of them in no time! Also was kind enough to clear out a giant birds nest in our attic. Highly recommend!
