Alec is a great service person. He has been to our house before and is always polite and efficient. I can't say enough about Five Star as a whole. This company goes above and beyond when it comes to service. ALL of the technicians have been very professional and polite. They have always been very straightforward and honest about whatever service we need. And have given us options as to needed repairs. Not enough stars to rate this company and your employees!!!

Wow what a wonderful experience. Called first thing this morning 5/12/25, spoke with a wonderful lady, she set me up with a time they could come out. Technician KY came about 2:15, he was very friendly, personable, seemed really knowledgeable. 20 minutes he fixed my problem. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Price was very reasonable. Thank you Five Star Home Service. Will definitely use again.
