They do an excellent job with the kids and the work they do is awesome, HOWEVER...We had our grandson in for some work that we waited many months to have done. They called and texted several times to remind us of the appointment and the time. Also not to feed him or allow him to have anything to eat or drink after 11 PM the night before. Poor kid did not have the appointment scheduled until 12:45pm which was tough to do since he was starving, BUT...They were and hour and a half late taking him back which was kinda rough on the kiddo. Great with kids..everything was all about the kids from the play area in the waiting room to the token for a toy from the machine at the end of the visit. Televisions playing cartoons mounted above exam tables, Doctor had a bluey surgery cap on, disney toothbrushes for the kids and small toothpaste and floss to take home. Loved how they really thought about the kids at every stage of the visit . Staff was friendly and wonderful with explaining every part of the exam and cleaning to the children.

Nothing but good things to say about Lancaster Pediatric Dentistry and their employees! The staff are sweet and nice with each visitor. My son didn't want the dentist to look in his mouth. SO, they let him brush his teeth so the dentist can take a look. They made him felt comfortable.
