They do an excellent job with the kids and the work they do is awesome, HOWEVER...We had our grandson in for some work that we waited many months to have done. They called and texted several times to remind us of the appointment and the time. Also not to feed him or allow him to have anything to eat or drink after 11 PM the night before. Poor kid did not have the appointment scheduled until 12:45pm which was tough to do since he was starving, BUT...They were and hour and a half late taking him back which was kinda rough on the kiddo. I understand that things happen with appointments ahead of us that may have caused the late start. This was the worst part. Other than this there is no place else I would take the kids.
The best dentist hands down for little ones! The drive is worth it for us!
Great place if you can ever get in! The Dr's and Hygentists are awesome but the front desk is absolutely horrible. They tell us all the time they can not book our kids next regular appointments and to call 3 months before the 6 month visit. When we call each time it is 6 to 9 months before they can fit the kids in. Now how if they are only booking 3 months out can they be 6-9 months out when we call 3months after our visit like we are told to do?
