Lancaster ATA is by far the best choice I've made for a sport and self defense experience for my daughter. We've been participating for over three years. It's family owned and operated. This family makes you feel like family. Their hard work and continued efforts to assist every student excell.is admirable. Absolutely recommend going to give this a try if you, your children, or the whole family is interested in self defense classes. 10/10
My girls love it and want to keep going and they are almost to black belts now. They love the instructors and the other kids. They do tournaments and now are going to be apart of a team as well as by their self. Great place for kids to learn and gain confidence and meet new friends!
The best martial arts club we’ve been a part of since our oldest started training in 2017. From day one, the Poole family made us feel like part of their own, even knowing we would only be here for a few years due to work.
Every instructor brings a unique and positive coaching style that keeps students motivated, confident, and excited to come to class. What stands out most is how much they genuinely care about each student’s growth — both in Taekwondo and as a person. They even invited our oldest to join the sparring team knowing we would be moving at the end of the year, which speaks volumes about the kind of people they are.
