We recently contacted Gouge Roofing to evaluate a leak in my roof. Matt came to check it out. He did a thorough evaluation including going into the attic & took pictures to show us the problem. The repair was scheduled & completed by Nate A. A few weeks later we had another leak in a different location of the roof. Matt returned to evaluate & determined that the problem was minor, fixed it on the spot & did not charge us for the repair. Every contact that I have had with the company has been positive from the honest evaluation (& repair) by Matt to the excellent workmanship by Nate A. They are friendly & explain the process in a manner that is easy to understand. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of a roof repair or replacement. The crew sent to install exterior products on my home made serious errors in the process, allowing seasonal nesting birds to enter closed spaces and clog up multiple brand new gutters and spouts with nesting debris. This crew also damaged multiple shingles by the way they attached their ladders for the job. Mr. Gouge demanded that I pay him for the needed corrections, then just told me to never call again. Warranty on my $22K job? None, now. Not recommended!!
