Our A/C stopped working. We had no problem getting an appointment with Peterman Brothers the next day. Our tech, Sothy, was great! He carefully tested everything, explained what he did, answered our questions, and correctly diagnosed the problem. That's what you get with a tech with 9 years of experience! Thank you, Sothy!
T, our technician, was able to complete a full system HVAC inspection that we had purchased from Fairfield Heating and Cooling. It was a very good inspection, and he answered all our questions regarding Filters, cleaning the units, and maintenance. T explained the benefits of having a maintenance contract. We were pleased with the service call.
