My wife is their actual patient, so l can only report based upon the information she has given me.
From her initial visit, the attending doctor listened to her and her concerns with what has been going on with her for the past year. They immediately ordered lab work and CT scans to see if there may be something obvious causing the symptoms. That, in itself, is what puts her at ease and feeling cared about. Plus they are communicating and working with our Pulmonologist and PCP.
I would recommend them to anyone that may ask.
