They came out to install a new gas hot water in our house after ours rusted out. Tom was polite, professional, and did a great job on the install. Charlie was communicative and scheduled our install quickly for a reasonable price. We have a list of plumbing work that needs done in our house, and I definitely will be using them for these services.
I was impressed with the attention to small details Charlie made while fixing my kitchen drains. He really went out of his way to make sure everything was in good working order. I am grateful he came out on such short notice and on a Saturday no less. Having no running water in the kitchen is close enough to an emergency for me so i really appreciate it. Charlie S. deserves more than 5 stars. I moved to Ohio in 2005 and whenever I needed him or one of his people they were always there to fix or replace whatever was the problem. Charlie always goes above and beyond when working. He is fair in his pricing and always explains what he is doing. He is really good at his job and so are the people he trained to work for him. You can’t go wrong making him your go to plumber.
