The stylists are skilled and accommodating, willing to make adjustments to ensure client satisfaction. Even if there are initial missteps, they will work hard to fix the issue, as demonstrated by Jessica's willingness to revisit a client's color to get it just right. With knowledgeable stylists like Seader Evans, who can work miracles with challenging hair, The Lock Loft is a reliable choice for haircuts and color treatments.
Nina is the best! She’s been doing my hair for over a year now, and I seriously can’t recommend her enough. I go to her for blonde and she always gets the tone just right—it looks so natural, healthy, and grows out beautifully. She really listens to what you’re going for and somehow makes it even better. On top of that, she’s super easy to talk to and so easy to book with. I always leave feeling amazing. 10/10 recommend!
I had gone to a hair dresser for almost 10 years before deciding to make a switch to Jess at Lock loft. I was referred to see Jess by a friend when I started to become unhappy with my old hair dressers results. I assured her I was getting married in September and was super nervous that I wouldn’t be happy with my hair color.
Jess reassured me we could get there. Since end of January I have got my hair done about every 10 weeks by Jess and have felt so much happier and prettier after leaving her chair. I can not recommend her enough. She is kind, caring and listens to what you truly want.
I got a highlight with Elizabeth and she was amazing! I made a mistake when scheduling online but she was still able to get me in right away and made it so easy. I have damaged hair so I was a little nervous but she handled it with care and did a great job. Super laid back salon, very welcoming, I totally recommend!
