I was in need of having a screen door replaced & he answered the list of questions I had and gave a fair quote by phone. He was quick to schedule my repair & showed up on time with a reminder text prior (which I value as I am a very forgetful person). He arrived & got straight to work & even cleaned up after himself. His pricing was fair & he originally thought I may need some additional materials that I didn't pre purchase but ultimately did not need - he absolutely could have told me he did need them & charge me & I would have been none the wiser but he was honest & that's not a common thing anymore.
