Rafat was the behind the wheel instructor for all 3 boys starting with our oldest in 2020 and ending with our youngest this month. Our boys loved him - he is patient, calm, knowledgable and funny. Our boys still talk about him fondly. He is a great teacher, he’s encouraging, helpful and emphasizes safety. Always on time and always polite! 5/5⭐️”
“I have mental health issues, so usually, I hate classes, especially in person, but I decided to try in-person classes at 911 Driving School. I was nervous and had my fair share of hardships, but I powered through. The students were surprisingly kind. I was worried I would get bullied or out of place- but nope! Also, the staff were very kind. They listened to me when I had a bad day and helped me get through it. Plus they are very lenient on work/tests to everyone but still help students learn. It would be really hard to fail their classes. Like really hard, because they're good. It's a good place, so give it a shot. The teachers are relatable and kind. They're also not the type of people who don't force a bunch of lessons and extra time. They want us to be happy AND learn. They're cool. My only complaint is that we can't sleep in their classes (which makes complete sense ?). It challenged me in a good way, though! I have bad attendance (1-3 times a week of school) but I managed to go every day that the Driver's Ed took place. It was a nice environment.”

I came into this journey extremely determined, but also very overwhelmed due to some personal things going on in my life. There were moments when it felt like a lot—but Ms. Robin never gave up on me. She was there for me in every way possible. She never lost contact with me, always checked in, kept me motivated, and reminded me why I started. Even when things got heavy, she stayed consistent, supportive, and encouraging—and she’s still motivating me to this day. Because of Ms. Robin and the support from 160 Driving Academy, I pushed through when I could’ve quit. If you’re looking for a school that actually cares about you as a person and not just a student, this is it. I’m beyond grateful. 10/10—highly recommend!”
“Just to clarify on some comments... As instructors we must follow Ohio State Law for the safety of everyone. It is illegal to wear Flip Flops/Slides to drive. We are not allowed to give lessons in a students personal car as we must have a (second) Instructor brake and an additional Instructor mirror along with knowing for sure the vehicle used is safe and properly marked as a 'student driver'... It is up to the Student to KNOW the Laws and Road Rules before they come to us (by studying the BMV book AND knowing the knowledge) and we will help them get better at executing them and learning to be a Safe AND Defensive driver ect. We highly recommend practice between lessons on what is taught and learned in order to help them succeed and progress into a safe defensive driver for themselves and others. Instructors are very willing to discuss lessons with parents that are open to it. PLEASE REMEMBER that not all comments posted are as 'black & white' as they seem when it comes to Driving/Laws/Students ect... AND ALWAYS FEEL FREE TO CONTACT AN INSTRUCTOR WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR CLARIFICATION YOU MIGHT NEED. We want you to be Safe AND Defensive... After all you are on the road with our kids and family too =)”
“I have used this driving school for two of my children over the past 10 years, and I’m in the process of registering my third and last child now. This driving school is very thorough, the instructors were excellent and very knowledgeable , the prices are very reasonable, my children have been taught to be responsible, respectful and cautious drivers. Pro driving school on Ridge rd has been an EXCELLENT experience for our children. Would recommend them to ANYONE!!!”

They were very careful to diagnose the problem and give advice as the best course of action. They saved me money a couple times and helped me with a major repair recently. Their pricing is reasonable and lower than average without sacrificing quality of work.”
