I’ve been playing guitar for almost a year and I’ve enjoyed the process because of Eric’s lessons. He’s always pushing me to learn theory as well as work on my physical skills. I would recommend Eric to anyone who is interested in learning or improving their guitar skills!

I’ve been playing guitar for about 30 years, but I never learned much theory. (As a kid, I stopped taking lessons when I was good enough to play Nirvana.) Eric really knows his stuff, and he’s been able to customize my lessons based on my level of (physical) playing, but in a way that fills in all the blanks with practical theory. He does it in a way that makes popular music songwriting make a lot more sense, and in ways that are immediately usable in my own playing and writing. He’s also a pretty nice guy!

Eric is an amazing musician in his own right, as well as a very relatable and engaging instructor. My weekly lessons with him are so enjoyable that they've helped me overcome my "beginner's frustrations" of learning to play acoustic guitar. I look forward to my weekly lesson with Eric, and I recommend him to anyone (regardless of age or skill level) looking to maximize their guitar-playing potential and/or improve upon their existing skills.
