My lender wanted mold remediation completed before I could close on the house that I loved and we only had a few days left until my closing date, but Dan made sure to get out there and get everything treated so that nothing would be delayed! Admittedly, I don't know much about mold remediation, but he seems to have done a great job in that short period of time as well.
