“I’m not sure we’re to start. Can’t say enough good things about this place.it is only my second time visiting with my 13 year old daughter. But I can say this , there customer service is out of this world. The way each of them interact with their customers blows me away, and their finished product is absolutely amazing. I sit there each time for over 3 hours as my daughter is getting her hair done and every one that leaves there is more than happy with what ever work they came in for. Plus I love seeing my little girls face as she is leaving smiling from ear to ear.“

“Perfection! Since moving to the Mentor area I have failed to find a salon I wanted to return to. They’ve been just ok, awful, or a complete disaster. That’s officially changed! This is my new nail salon! Both my kid and I got a mani and I got a pedicure. We’re both so happy with how it looks!
