“Perfection! Since moving to the Mentor area I have failed to find a salon I wanted to return to. They’ve been just ok, awful, or a complete disaster. That’s officially changed! This is my new nail salon! Both my kid and I got a mani and I got a pedicure. We’re both so happy with how it looks! “I’m not sure we’re to start. Can’t say enough good things about this place.it is only my second time visiting with my 13 year old daughter. But I can say this , there customer service is out of this world. The way each of them interact with their customers blows me away, and their finished product is absolutely amazing. I sit there each time for over 3 hours as my daughter is getting her hair done and every one that leaves there is more than happy with what ever work they came in for. Plus I love seeing my little girls face as she is leaving smiling from ear to ear.“

“I hadn’t gone here in about 15 years. I was a little nervous to just walk in having not been in there for so long. I pulled out pics of musician Meg Myers from a few years ago and asked for a longer version of her hair. I left with exactly that! The woman did an amazing shampoo as well. The place was clean and stylish. Nice. It was a nice, welcoming experience. No bs. No bickering between older and younger employees. The age ranges of the stylists is appreciated. So much female professional experience in this salon! You could take your little sister, mom, and grandma in here all at the same time and they’d all leave looking fashionably modern for their age range if they wanted. A good to go get your hair and nails done to. Everyone speaks fluent English here. Clean, offers many services and the experience to pull them off. This is the place to go if you want to look and feel good.“

“I have never gone anywhere else for haircuts/services. I have been seeing Tammy for my haircuts since I was a kid. She is experienced, friendly, honest and fantastic in her field. The salon has a nice and welcoming atmosphere. Can’t recommend enough!“

“I’ve never had acrylic tips before and my nails have really taken a beating from recent gel manicures. I decided I wanted to try acrylics since I had a couple of events coming up but my natural nails are very short and damaged. As I called around (since my usual Salon doesn’t do acrylics)I came across C Nails, which isn’t too far from me. I called and was able to get a same-day appointment with Tim. He assessed my nails and suggested acrylic tips. He was very thorough and efficient and I was out the door in one hour. $55 for a full set and my nails have never looked this good. Discount for cash. I’ll see how the acrylic holds up compared to the gel and if it does damage. Tim said I should get up to three weeks before I need them filled.My nails are thin and break easily so this is such a treat to have them longer and looking so natural and pretty. Highly recommend. I will be back.“

“I had a wonderful experience with phases salon the people are very accommodating I was able to express a hair style with the stylist understanding the style I was wanting she did a wonderful job taking 13 inches off to donate with a short hair style accommodating my features she was also very patient and pleasing to be with I'd highly recommend this salon if you're looking for a great stylist the prices are very affordable as well! I want to thank the employees at phases for being very friendly and accommodating to all my needs & wants it was a great pleasure to be there“

“Hello, I went here on 5/21/2024 to have my hair retwisted. I met with the stylist Lauren. She was very polite and professional when I talked to her on the phone. When meeting in person she greeted me with a cheerful attitude. She washed and conditioned my hair it was great. She then styled my hair, when I tell you she laid it out baaaby. My hair was looking fantastic and I'm getting compliments every day. I will continue to return, so shes the only one that will be allowed to do my hair. Thank you Lauren ?❤️“
