After reading the few reviews i thought Id add my opinion of this practice. I have a pup I adopted about 8 months ago. She honored the spay coupon that the shelter provided.
On top of that she provided a complete physical at a fair price. Along with a few followups for an ongoing UTI.
Dr Jone is very thorough in my opinion. She is personable and takes time to explain things. The staff is wonderful. It is a great place to take your pets.
I have used the services of many vets and am very happy with the Kingston vet hospital.
I will be using them from now on.
Dr jones I think is her name is really good she seems to know what she’s doing & she has sympathy towards the patients and the owners whitch is refreshing to see cause a lot of vets do not, my girls bladder stone surgery went well but then a couple days later her wound came open a little bit and they put more stitches in for free and helped us out & it was very much appreciated by us.
My poor kitty had trouble peeing and was developing a blockage that could have been life threatening, we called every Vet within 100 miles and NO ONE was willing to help just kept referring us to Columbus vets which were also booked. Called in and was met with an absolute angel on the other end of the phone that understood the seriousness of the situation, Told us to come in right away and were very friendly, very professional and helped my little man to feel better. I’ve read the reviews, the people that are trashing this Vet need to GTFO and get off the keyboard this is the BEST Veterinary experience I have ever had.
