Touching Hearts was immediately responsive to our first request and changing needs; the staff are so kind and helpful. The caregivers truly cared about my mother, and cared for her as though she was family - they were so lovely with her. Terri was with my mom a great deal toward the end, and was so loving and engaged with her - she was an angel on earth. We are so thankful for all of the caregivers, and highly recommend Touching Hearts.

Touching Hearts is a very appropriately named caregiving service. As managed by the Chief Super Hero, Kelly, this outfit operates like a well-oiled machine. Service, scheduling and individual care are all handled with aplomb. Over the years helping my mother, I never could figure out how they did it all so seamlessly. Every caregiver was punctual, friendly, caring, professional, patient and adaptable. Every office staff member was equally friendly, helpful and professional as our family navigated the changing needs of our mother. My mother in law received care from Touching hearts after being diagnosed with ALS. The care and support provided by touching hearts was excellent. I'll be eternally grateful for all the nurses that played a role helping our family through that terrible terminal illness.
