Sadly we lost my dad, Gary Aiken very suddenly last week & thankfully we decided to use The Routsong Funeral Home in Centerville for his services. Sam Routsong was EVERYTHING we needed him to be & MORE during the incredibly hard time of planning my precious dad’s services. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sam & his family’s funeral home to anyone who is in need of these services. There is just a short period of time to get everything planned as it is, but doing it all while grieving is almost too much to handle. But, Sam stepped in & took so much of the stress away from us immediately. He went above & beyond for my previous dad & continually was one always step ahead of us with all of the details both big & small. My mom said afterward that my dad’s services (her husband of 53years) were even better than she could’ve ever hoped for….& Sam is the reason for that. From helping us choose the flowers, casket & registry book to the video, music & photo boards all the way to the catered food at the reception…. Sam handled everything with such Grace & made it all seamless for my mom, my sister & myself. There is no way to honor my amazing father appropriately or to put into words how much he meant to all of us, but Sam’s attention to every detail, whether big or small, made the services as close to perfect as they could’ve been. THANK YOU SAM….. WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE HOW MUCH WE APPRECIATE YOU!!!
