It's a great gym for all levels, not just beginners. I highly recommend it. Little to no judgement, and everyone basically minds their business which gives you a stress free workout.
This is my favorite gym. I have a membership through my works insurance. I have been there the last two days while I am on staycation in the afternoon. The amount of teenagers in the summer is why I stopped going here last summer. I’m all for kids creating healthy habits but today I watched at least 5 teenage boys sweaty just not wiping machines down and yesterday too. Banging the machines because they have way too much weight, weight being left on everything . I know I had an orientation when I signed up. This place was spotless — the bathrooms and showers especially were impressively clean. A few of the machines were a little nasty, but honestly that’s on members not wiping down after themselves, not the gym. The one knock: the staff came across as a bit standoffish — arms folded when I walked in, and the demeanor felt a little aggressive rather than welcoming. Even so, there’s plenty of room to work out and stretch and lots of machines to choose from. Overall a very good experience. 5 stars.
