I would have rated One Main Financial with 5 Stars, however: on April 30, $1878 of a $2000 loan was deposited in my account, with the understanding that, the Kettering Branch was short of cash. The outstanding $122 would be paid directly to Community, - New York and Company's credit card....the balance of what I owed. To date, May 14, this has not occurred.

My Goodness, Chad B. Is a great and wonderful human being, that is very knowledgeable about his job. Also a wonderful experience with a great atmosphere and positive attitude on every aspect of life's work.

Very nice people but they don’t answer the phone much or return my calls. I’m in a bind hoping for things to work out so it’s kind of upsetting sometimes. But they’re very kind and helpful people
