Very pleased with the level of service and professionalism.
The technician, Wes, came out today to replace a broken spring. We opted, based on the advice of Kettering Overhead Door, to switch to a 2 spring set up.
Wes exuded confidence and demonstrated skill as he attacked the job. Once done not only was the garage door functional again it worked far better than previous.
I really appreciated Wes. He was very professional and polite but also very patient as I peppered him with endless questions. Wes was very happy and willing to answer all my questions but also volunteered information I did not know to ask about.

Came over to replace our old equipment for the garage door and everything has turned out great and the individuals that came over to install the equipment were very professional and knowledgeable. Will recommend to family and friends.
Great service. Called on Thursday afternoon with a broken garage door spring. Scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. Service technician (Don) was on time and quickly replaced both springs in frigid temps (9 degrees). Unable to install new rubber seal that day due to cold but rescheduled for Wednesday morning. Again, arrived on time with another service tech (Lee) and completed the job in just a few minutes. Both Don & Lee were personable, professional, and efficient. Over the years, Kettering Overhead Door has installed my garage door, one entry door and two storm doors.
