I am so grateful to have had my garage door repaired by this company. They were very professional and prompt when they came to replace my garage door spring last week. They also showed me how the bracket in place was not supporting the door properly and fixed that as well. They are reasonably priced and will be the first place that I call with any garage door problems in the future.
5 STARS isn't enough... I had a FANTASTIC service experience from Kettering Door today. Our garage opener was around 20++ years old, it wouldn’t open, and held the new car captive. I scheduled service with no problems and knew when the garage would be on the route. The call: Michael was on site and he worked until he received backup from Don. The team was able to retrieve the new car flawlessly! They were able to have Nate do the final install in an hour... Team spirit, awesome customer service, technical expertise and then some, can-do-attitudes...and then some and more.
