The store is beautiful and calming. They carry lines that I haven't seen in Ohio. They are on trend with what is new and up and coming in the wellness industry. Absolutely gorgeous shopping experience. The store feels abundant, grounded and welcoming.

Purchased a 'LivingDeal' voucher for Karma Kollective and was very impressed with the overall experience. Called on Friday to request a Saturday morning appointment (before a wedding) and Roxanne was able to schedule me in. The studio is located in a loft, with high ceilings and simple decor, which creates a very warm, relaxing environment. My stylist was John Paul - he's funny, easy to chat with, and really takes the time to ask and understand the style you want. My hair is just past shoulder length.
