Overall a good experience. Positives: they worked to get the coupon to go through. The checkin is super convenient. Negatives: I smell like the lady before me bc the protector around the neck wasn't placed properly. Yuck. Also, there's no way she took off the amount I asked her to. Didn't realize till I got home and now I'm stuck needing another haircut.

I was lucky to get in within a half hour. The team were swift but very nice and helpful, will be seeing them again soon, just remember to book in advance if you don't want to wait. It's like a good dentist, you will probably have to queue for quality work.

The Great Clips App advance login function works well. By the time I arrived at my salon, I was 1st in line. Casey Byrne, as usual, quickly gave me a perfect haircut. I am grateful for the always friendly, professional service by Casey at the Charlotte Gardens Great Clips salon.Service: Haircut
