Lucas at Earthworks posseses not only the empathetic ear and compassion that so many of us desperately need, but also the skills and the desire to truly help people begin to enact positive change in their lives. He has helped me make sense of things I haven't been able to grasp for 40 years, and it is starting to show up in my day to day life in meaningful, positive ways.
I had my first session with Erin yesterday and I have felt so much lighter since. Her energy is just wonderful & she makes you feel so heard. She really seems to genuinely care about you, one session and I already have a handful of tools to help me. I’m so glad I found her & somatic therapy, I highly recommend
I have had a couple of appointments with Erin so far and her presence is always so calming and refreshing. She provides a safe space for all her clients and I always feel secure with her. She is also so incredible at what she does!
