theyve refused care to 2 of my kids now. 1st my granddaughter bc they didnt want to service a small child, all i wanted was her ears checked bc she was pulling on them and I was worried she had an ear infection (no ear infection per Dayton Childrens) and now my son whos 17 bc the "head nurse" as she called herself didnt want to do a school physical. Thats fine. Dayton Childrens will get our money going forward.
All of the staff was very friendly. I had been to a different urgent care the day before and was completely dismissed and made to feel dumb, my symptoms worsened and I came to this one. I believe Weat is who I saw and he really took his time. He asked me a lot of questions about things that J didn't even think could be connected to what symptoms I had and really seemed to want to find a solution. I really recommend.
Excellent, efficient & Friendly staff.The Doc was an Army Combat Medic.A Real Dude! I highly recommend as an alternative to the ER. Last year I went into the ER
at an area hospital. Crowded, I got COVID. Definitely there.
