“I called this florist as I couldn't find exactly what I wanted on their website and I'm out of town so I couldn't stop in - I am so glad I did make that call!
The staff was so nice, allowed me to explain why I was purchasing a floral arrangement and what I was looking for as I had a friend unexpectedly lose their dog this week. I wanted flowers with a keepsake that was most appropriate for the occasion.
The wonderful woman, and I wish I would've gotten her name, took all of the time to explain what keepsakes they had that would fit what I was looking for and she went over available arrangements. She was so patient with me, too.
We settled on a florist choice using the color of flowers I wanted, and settled on a keepsake. I had flexible availability for delivery, and she placed me on the first available within 3 days of my order. They also took into consideration where to deliver, best time of day, etc.
I can't wait for these flowers to be delivered to my friend.
