I was joking a couple weeks ago that everyone is nice to me, because I am I client and they HAVE to be nice. I think, though, that this team is not only doing their jobs, but they also have the most genuine care and concern for the well-being of their clients that I have ever seen. Every time I walk in the door, I feel so welcomed and accepted. They always ask how I’m doing, how my week has been, if I need snacks or water, etc. (Popcorn days are the best!) Even when it is only one day between visits, Dr. Amber always makes sure to check on my pain level and ask if anything has changed since the last time I was in. I’m sure that had to get tedious talking with me every other day (haha), but she never failed to be super patient and willing listen to me (same with the rest of the staff). I never once felt like I was an inconvenience or that what I thought and felt didn’t matter. Every single person on this team is amazing.

This was my first time to use Chiropractic medicine. Dr Aiken carefully listened to what I had experienced from a recent vehicle crash. She performed some adjustments on my neck and used a muscle stimulator on the affected area. I also received a thorough muscle massage of the area too. I look forward to receiving additional treatment to relieve the tightness and stiffness associated with this event! Highly recommend!
